Return and Exchange Policy

Our company allows returns and exchanges of products of proper quality in accordance with the current Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection”.

Return and Exchange Timeframe

Products can be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the date of receipt by the customer.
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

Conditions for Returning Items of Proper Quality:

• The item has not been used and shows no signs of wear or usage.

• The item is fully complete and in its original packaging.

• All tags and labels are intact.

• The item retains its marketable condition and consumer properties.

According to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172, dated March 19, 1994, custom-cut or tailored products are not subject to return or exchange.

In accordance with the Law “On Consumer Rights Protection”, the company may refuse returns or exchanges for products of proper quality if they fall under the categories listed in the current List of Non-Food Goods of Proper Quality Not Subject to Return or Exchange.
